1. Products & Fulfillment
All products are made to order and fulfilled through a third-party print-on-demand provider. Each item is produced specifically for you after an order is placed. Because of this, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. We currently partner with print providers such as Printify to fulfill orders.
2. Production & Shipping
All products are custom made to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for production (handling time), and an additional 3–7 business days for transit. Total estimated delivery time is 6–14 business days.Shipping times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, carrier delays, customs processing, or peak seasons. We are not responsible for delays once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
3. Order Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all shipping information is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
4. Returns & Refunds
All products are made to orderWe do not accept returns or exchanges for orders placed by mistake, incorrect sizing, or change of mind.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we will immediately issue a replacement or a refund.
5. Payment
All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers such as Stripe, PayPal, or similar. We do not store or process any payment information directly.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services, including but not limited to shipping delays or carrier issues.
