Return Policy
Because our products are custom made-to-order, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for sizing errors or a change of mind. However, your satisfaction is our priority. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us at shop@summitsunco.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we will immediately issue a replacement or a refund.
Shipping Policy
We ship to all 50 US states, excluding military APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Domestic Shipping: Shipping within the United States is a flat rate of $2.75 per order, plus $2.50 for each additional item. Shipping costs will be applied to your total at checkout.
Fulfillment & Delivery Times: All products are custom made to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for production (handling time), and an additional 3–7 business days for transit. Total estimated delivery time is 6–14 business days.
Tracking: You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
International Shipping: We do not ship internationally at this time.
We are not responsible for shipping delays once the order has been handed to the carrier. However, if your package is significantly delayed or lost, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or high order volume.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
